Due to continuing budget deficits, the IPCPR Board of Directors has approved the temporary cancellation of the IPCPR Scholarship Program for 2010. The $100,000 previously awarded to scholarship winners has been redirected to the Association's budget for our continuing federal and state lobby program. The Board of Directors will revisit the Scholarship Program for 2011. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
